Burrs wear with use and must be replaced according to the manufacturer.
Signs of wear
- The grind becomes uneven and the coffee inconsistent.
- You keep having to grind finer for the same flow.
- The grinder runs slower or noisier.
- The coffee tastes sour or bitter for no obvious reason.
