Lukewarm coffee or hot water that does not heat usually points to a problem with the boiler heating.
First checks
- Is the main switch on and is the machine receiving power?
- Has it had enough time to heat the boiler?
- Does the gauge show pressure?
Possible causes
- Scale in the boiler or on the heating element.
- A worn heating element.
- A circuit board or sensor problem.
- A worn solenoid valve.
