The right spare part depends on the brand, the model and, often, the year or version of the machine. With the right details the search is quick and you avoid ordering the wrong part.
Find the machine details
- The machine nameplate, which usually shows the brand, model and serial number.
- The manual or the purchase invoice, if you have them.
- The number of groups or the type of machine (coffee machine, grinder, granita machine).
Describe the part
- The name of the part if you know it, or what it does (for example group gasket, solenoid valve, pump).
- The code printed on it, if there is one.
- A clear photo of the old part from several sides.
What to check before you order
- That the part is for exactly your model and not a similar model of the same brand.
- Whether the fault really comes from the part or from something else: if in doubt, ask for a technician check.
- Whether consumables (such as gaskets) or other parts that wear together are also needed.
How to request a quote
Send us the brand, model, part name or code and a photo through the contact form or by phone. See also our coffee machine and catering spare parts page and the checklist of what to prepare.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the serial number?
It helps a lot, especially when the same model has different versions. If you cannot find it, send a photo of the nameplate.
Can I send a photo?
Yes, a clear photo of the part helps us find the right spare part. Mention it in your message.
