- Empty and rinse the bowls with water and a dedicated cleaner.
- Clean the external parts and the spouts.
- Check the gaskets and seals.
- Schedule a deep clean by a specialist.
Granita will not freeze
- Check that the mix concentration is correct and the system is not dirty.
- Check that the machine ventilation is clear.
- If it still will not freeze, a technician needs to inspect it.
